Despite being a fond customer for over a decade for Charles & Keith products I would not advise anyone to buy this product here in the UK. Most global companies operating in the UK have excellent customer support. And the company should find a way to address concerns of global customers or else not have operations outside Asia if they cant provide addressal to genuine issues. Firstly the quality of product has some issue coz none of my C&K bags have cracked or peeled earlier I am using 3 currently.
I have been a very old customer who purchased shoes and bags only from Charles in Keith in Asia and never had a terrible experience as this one. An though the bag is not being used the peeling continues which certainly shows a defect with the leather used for this particular piece. I removed the original packaging within few weeks of receiving it however I found the slight leather cracks on handles and near the zip line area. I received a very smart Charles and Keith red handbag as a gift.
